Message from Principal JRRMC

Bangladesh, a developing country is riddled with problems, the major one being its large, dense population. The country is burdened with a huge human cargo proximate to 140 million or so. This is also a resource potential needed to be developed with the provision of education, training and many more things but most importantly health because healthy nation is a prerequisite to any sustainable development.

It is a great pleasure for me to incorporate few words in the first issue of the Prospectus for the B. Sc., Post Basic and Diploma Nursing Course in Begum Rabeya Khatun Chowdhury Nursing College.

The content of this Prospectus includes requirements and procedure for admission of students, facilities available for teaching, learning and other activities in brief.

I am conveying my heartiest thanks and sincere appreciations to all members of the Governing body who took sincere initiatives and relentless efforts to obtain Govt. approval for launching the courses in Begum Rabeya Khatun Chowdhury Nursing College. I am also conveying my thanks to the Governing Body and my colleagues who have immensely extended their helping hands to uplift this institution.

I welcome the new students and wish them to become competent Nurses and thereby serve the nation and humanity.

At the end I express my best wishes to all.
